Swedish Massage – Traditional style relaxation massage
Hot Stone Massage – Heated basalt stones are used to massage your body, de-stressing you and to relieve your tired muscles.
Warm Bamboo Massage – Warm bamboo sticks are rolled over your body, applying an even pressure across the whole muscle. Aids in deep relaxation and good sleep patterns
Indian Head Massage – a massage on your head neck, face and shoulders, aids in relieving stress headaches and congestion and amazing for relaxation.
Sports or Deep Tissue Massage – Targets painful restricted areas to ease tension and increase your range of movement for better performance and reduction in discomfort.
Runner’s gait analysis – a full body analysis of you running, to predict, and to manage injuries to improve your running speed and performance.
Pregnancy Massage Therapy – for pregnant ladies in their 2nd and 3rd trimester to aid in pregnancy related aches and pains, aiding in reduction of oedema (excess fluid in the hands and feet or to just pamper them preparing their bodies for a relaxed and calm delivery.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD) and Lymphoedema Management – A massage focusing purely on the lymphatic system. Suitable for people who have excess swellings and fluid retention due to conditions such as Lymphoedema, Lipoedema, swelling post injury or post surgery for example
Sleep consultancy – To work out a sleep plan for you to help you get regular quality nights sleep. This is completed from home over the phone.
Myofascial Cupping – Special suction cups are placed on your body to releive and release tension in your fascia giving you a better range of movement and reduction in pain, Please note these do leave red/purple marks on your skin that can last up to approx 26 days
Deep Oscillation – Faster regeneration after surgery, traumatic injury, training, damage from overstraining, operations and in neurological indications plus additional lymphoedema, lipoedema, aesthetic conditions, including natural face lifting, for swollen eyelids and as a treatment for dark circles under eyes. Ideal for pre and post cosmetic and Lipoedema non-cosmetic liposuction. I use a special machine that creates an electrostatic field permeating to 8cm deep into your tissue, breaking up fibrotic tissue, scar tissue with regular use.
Scar Therapy – to improve the appearance and functionality, reducing pain and discomfort associated with the scar, giving you a much better range of movement and imporvement to the appearance
Lipoedema Clinical Assessment – an assessment to determine if you have the condtion or another fat disorder so you can have answers about your health and the next step to take to support you going foward.

If you are unsure what treatment to have please do get in contact I will be happy to advise. Before the appointment we will have a consultation to discover what treatment you are looking for, as well as your needs and expectations. When you book your first appointment with me I will ask you to fill in a short consultation form. This will secure your appointment. It is mandatory that it is filled in for my insurance purposes. No form, no massage.

The information you provide me is kept confidential complying with GDPR regulations, I am registered with the ICO. I use Cliniko software to securely store the infomation which has maximum security on it with only myself able to access it. I will never share your information with any third parties without your consent. Once the form is completed, I will then devise and adapt a massage to suit your needs and preferences. No two massages will be exactly the same and I don’t follow a strict routine, unless of course this is something you would like. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!

I charge a flat rate for all my massage treatments depending on the duration of the appointment. (with the exception of Deep oscillation, Scar Therapy and MLD) This means you can even have a mixture of two massages, for example you could have a sports massage and a hot stone massage if you wish. Book it as a hot stone massage, so it’s clear for me on my booking system to preheat the stones, You can leave me a note when you make the appointment.

Terms and Conditions for appointment bookings

My terms and conditions are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and respect of both myself and my clients. When you make a booking with me—whether over the phone or online—you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.

Arrival and Punctuality
Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. As I am a home‑based business, I do not have a waiting room; however, you may step inside the doorway and wait in the corridor during client changeover.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. In these cases, the full appointment fee will still apply.

Cancellations, No‑Shows, and Late Notice
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please notify me as soon as possible, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
If you are using a gift voucher, the value of the missed appointment will be deducted from your voucher.

No further appointments can be booked until the outstanding balance has been paid. Future appointments will also require payment in advance.

Late cancellations and no‑shows prevent others from booking that time slot. I frequently receive same‑day appointment requests, so it is important to cancel promptly if you cannot attend.

You can cancel or reschedule online via your appointment confirmation email (if more than 24 hours’ notice), or you may send me a text message.

Same‑Day Appointments
Please do not book a same‑day appointment unless you are certain you can attend.
If you are unsure about anything, simply contact me. I am approachable and easy‑going, but I do need to maintain clear boundaries to ensure fairness and respect for everyone.

A completed consultation form is mandatory to secure your appointment. No form, no appointment.

Professional Conduct
At Body Tune Therapy, I expect a professional and respectful environment at all times.

I will not tolerate inappropriate behaviour or any form of sexual request.
You must wear underwear throughout your treatment.
Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the appointment and you will be asked to leave.

Lipoedema Clinical Assessment

This is a clinical assessment to determine if you have Lipoedema or any other fat disorder. If beneficial to you I will measure you for compression garments which you'll be able to get on prescription. You will get a full detailed report emailed to you for your records and it can be medically recorded too. In the appointment i will check for lymphatic, circulatory issues, palpate your arms and legs, and ask lots of questions to see if you fit the criteria. You will get lots of support from me no matter the outcome of the assessment.
